The WISE Measuring Progress Event
28 September 2026
IET London: Savoy Place
The Measuring Progress Event is an exclusive opportunity for our WISE Members to come together to benchmark progress against the WISE Gender Equity Framework diagnostic tool.
Please note that your organisation needs to have completed the diagnostic tool for you to take part in the Measuring Progress Event.
Why complete the WISE Gender Equity Framework diagnostic?
Completing the diagnostic ensures your organisation’s specific needs are supported throughout your membership - helping you to achieve real, measurable impact.
The Gender Equity Framework enables you to benchmark your progress against other organisations across the STEM sector, while tracking year-on-year change to help you celebrate successes and clearly identify areas requiring further focus.
This data-led, evidence-based approach equips you with the insight needed to prioritise action, strengthen accountability, and inform decision-making at every level of your organisation.
Combined with WISE guidance and support, the framework helps turn insight into meaningful, sustainable change.
What the day will cover:
The Measuring Progress Event focuses on the five pillars of our WISE Gender Equity Framework: data, attraction, progression, retention, and engagement, as we explore what’s going well and where improvement is needed.
Together, we’ll talk through emerging trends from the diagnostic data, before breaking into smaller groups for best-practice led conversations on each of the five pillars.
Expert advice is on hand as we explore key areas across those five pillars to share innovative ideas to help better support women in the workplace.
It’s a chance to celebrate achievements, reflect on your journey, and gather practical tools and ideas to enhance your EDI strategy and WISE roadmap.
