Chloe Agg
Head of Student Experience, Imperial College London
Chloe Agg is a chartered mechanical engineer, currently serving as the Head of Student Experience at Imperial College London and is the incoming Professor of Inclusive Engineering Design at Aston University.
Chloe started her journey as a STEM ambassador with STEMNET, where she has volunteered for 18 years. Later, she became a Career Champion for CIBSE, then the West Midlands region Education Officer, liaising with local schools and colleges to provide outreach and industry support and running the education awards. Her contributions earned her a place on the Royal Academy of Engineering “Ingenious Women” Programme, and the Royal Academy of Engineering funded outreach programme “Bedtime Stories for Very Young Engineers”.
With decades of experience in STEM education and mentorship, Chloe has nurtured and championed numerous women in STEM throughout her career.

Elisabeth Eweka is the founder of ENGRL (Girls in Engineering), the global community for girls in engineering, reaching over 175,000 people across 150+ countries and generating over 1 million monthly views - entirely organically.
Through content, community, and mentoring, ENGRL addresses the pipeline problem at its root - reaching girls at the moment they are forming opinions about their futures. Over 1,000 girls are supported in active mentoring group chats every month, with conversations happening across time zones and languages. Girls regularly share that they have gone on to choose STEM subjects, secure scholarships, and land their first engineering roles as a direct result of the platform.
Alongside ENGRL, Elisabeth is a Principal Digital Consultant at Hoare Lea, with project credits including Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and the Museum of the Future in Dubai.
